I am using email notification option on completion of monitoring projects in Ataccama v15.4
Somehow the images are not displayed and the email doesn’t look good. Can someone please help me with identifying any settings in my outlook to get the images loaded when I open the auto-generated emails.

this is a known bug in the reported version that should be fixed in 16.3.
The location where the pictures are stored has changed and needs to be updated in the notification templates. If you go into Global settings → Email templates, replace in all the relevant templates the URLs of the pictures → change the www with cdn, for example:
OLD: https://www.ataccama.com/files/icons/skip.png
NEW: https://cdn.ataccama.com/files/icons/skip.png
Please note that you have to find all occurrences in the templates. You can copy it to e.g. Notepad++, do the replacement, and then paste it back. Make sure you replace ONLY the references to the pictures, not any other URLs.
Let me know if this fixed the issue.

as far as I know it doesn’t, you just save the templates and it should pick it up during the next run of the project(s).
