How to share a new idea?
To share a new idea, go to Product Ideas and click on Share an Idea.
Another way to create an idea post is to select the Idea option when creating a new topic.
Few things to keep in mind for a compelling idea🌟
- Search 🔎 if the idea is already shared by a fellow community member and upvote the existing post ⬆️
- Use a descriptive title and fill in all relevant fields.
- Describe your use case, feedback, and desired outcome in detail ✍️
What happens with the ideas shared on the community?
Our Product Teams receive all ideas and feedback posted under the Ideas Section, and each suggestion is shared with our team as well as the upvote count ⬆️.
Your contributions play a pivotal role in deciding how a new or existing Ataccama feature will be shaped in the future. Upvotes help our teams to assess the popularity of suggestions which provides a huge value to internal discussions and roadmap planning.
Once an idea reaches the minimum threshold of 20 upvotes, it will receive one of the below statuses:
Backlog🗃️ The team is interested in coming back to this idea later in time - please share your use cases and feedback in the comments.
In Research 🔬 Our teams are in the research phase.
In Development 🔨Our team is working hard.
Coming Soon⌛ Last tests are running to make the feature available for everyone.
Launched 🚀 It’s here! This idea made it to the other side - thank you for taking part in building Ataccama with us.
Not Planned🏴 Thank you for sharing your idea! This is not planned for the near future, but please do share your use case and additional feedback with us.
Inactive😵 This post didn’t get any upvotes for 6+ months - we are closing this idea for now but please create a new one if you think it’s still relevant to you!
