Welcome to the Data People Community!

 

We’re thrilled to have you here. The Ataccama Data People Community is a professional and safe space for our customers, partners, and users to communicate and share best practices, learn, ask questions, discuss all things data, and get how-to guidance from fellow users and experts.

 

Data People Community Guidelines are in place to ensure that our community remains a welcoming, respectful, safe space for everyone without fear of harassment, prejudice, or discrimination. Please review and be mindful of the following community rules. The Community team reserves the right to remove any post and any user account for any reason at any time.

 

Be kind and respectful

Data People Community is a diverse community of many types of people gathered to collaborate, share, and learn from each other. We apply a zero-tolerance policy to all actions of discrimination against age, ability, race, nationality, religion, orientation, or tolerate offensive posts, trolling, or hate speech on the community.  
 

Encourage and support everyone, especially members new to our community, to participate and share their experiences and questions about Ataccama.
 

Be open to offering honest help, thank people for useful posts, and be patient with others. We all have different levels of experience here. 

 

Mark helpful answers

When you receive an answer to your question from fellow members or Ataccama experts please take a moment to mark the comment as “Best Answer”. It helps other users with their community experience and acknowledges the time and effort of the person who took the time to respond to your question. 

 

Be yourself

Community is a safe space for all so please strive to be your authentic self. This includes creating and sharing your own content only and respecting the copyright of others. Don’t use the answers or solutions of others without adding the appropriate links to posts or comments where you can cite the source. 

 

No spamming/trolling accepted

Promotion of a company, service, product, or advertising is prohibited in the community. Topics, comments, or questions created with the intention to create a strong negative or emotional reaction, provoke conflict, or are created for ‘shock value’ are prohibited.

 

Searching, Sharing, Asking

We operate on search first dynamic to keep everything clean and accessible for all community members. Therefore, please search the community before posting anything, there is a chance it’s been published before. 

If you haven’t found what you’re looking for go ahead and create a new topic! We look forward to seeing your ideas, questions, and best practices.

 

Privacy

The community is visible to the public and topics and comments created are not subject to pre-moderation. Therefore, please do not share any personal information (images included) about yourself, your business, or another community member that you/they would not want to be made publicly available. 

 

If you see bad or questionable behavior, please flag the corresponding topic or comment so our Community Admin Team can review it.
