Hello, I am using the email notification option from Ataccama on completion of monitoring projects. At present, I am manually configuring the recipients list of the email notification but would like to know if it could be automatically populated using the ownership/stewardship details provided on the monitored data object? Let me know if it’s possible?

at the moment, AFAIK you cannot send notifications to the stewardship group, but you can choose the Governance role instead. Which might be better considering that you might have users in your stewardship group (usually just data consumers) who might not need these notifications.
The roles are the Identity provider roles that users get in Keycloak:
So for example your stewardship data owners have MMM_data-manager role in Keycloak map to it so that would be the role that you’d choose. But of course it will consider all users of this role, even outside of your stewardship group. This highly depends on the settings of your permissions model.
You can always check it inside the global settings who has assigned which keycloak role:
