As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible experience and first-hand information, we have launched a new tool to keep you informed about any active service disruptions which pertain to your Ataccama entity.
The Outage Dashboard provides real-time updates on any system issues or unexpected outages that may affect your Ataccama platform usage. Our goal is to minimize any disruptions while providing you with transparency. If you are a customer in our PaaS, in case you are having an issue, please visit the Outage Dashboard to see if there are any ongoing issues for your company before contacting our Support team.
