@DannyRyan Thanks Danny, I tested it myself and I get the same error: 

Error

Connection timed out

datasources.service

I was able to connect to this data when I went through the live training in November, so not sure what the issue would be. Nothing’s changed on our firewall in that time, but hard to gauge anything based on that error message. 

If possible can you just provide spreadsheet exports of the tables required, i think thats just customers, orders and products. We don’t use postgres internally so it’ll be quicker to load those into our environment. If that isn’t possible, i’ll see what we can do with the postgresSQL database schema!

Hi Monicazim!

The login for Academy shouldn’t expire, however we did recently go through a SSO update that was applied to the Academy as well and could be impacted your ability to log in.  Our Customer Support team would be best able to review the error and help troubleshoot it.

The courses are currently not accessible on my end. It keeps prompting me to Enroll, but the enrollment button doesn’t work, and it also shows a “Purchase Required” note. Could you please look into this.

Could you please double-check which email address you are currently using to log in to the Academy?

It looks like we have a few different email addresses on file for you. Since some of these appear to be personal domains, we want to ensure you are logged in with your business account to access the correct content.
