Unable to use the config file provided, exiting.

Getting the above error when I tried to run a comp which uploads the terms from excel workbook to ataccama. Please help! @anna.spakova

Hi, usually this error means there is some step with error (red X). However, you should see more details under Console after you ran the plan:

Also, under Properties of the plan (make sure your cursor is not on any step) should give you some information:

If you don’t see any error, try to revalidate your plan using this button:

Sometimes what happens that e.g. a connection was disconnected (one example, what happens often, if you connect to ONE using Open ID Connect via browser, it keeps disconnecting but you don’t see any error. In this case you need to manually disconnect and connect again).

Hello @KarthikaSPillai !

As @anna.spakova mentions, in the console we might be able to see more details on why the plan failed, when you run it; could you also collect that information and share it?

And another question, this is a component, is it parameterized? Are you prompted for any parameters when you try to run it?

Would be good to create a ticket as @Cansu suggests.
