RDM Import functionality is loading '?' characters in various instances

Hi,

When importing a flat file, if the data has double quotes or single quotes or some special characters then they are automatically being replaced with ‘?’s. This is not as expected. This is the same issue for all encoding formats.

 

Could you please suggest how to fix this?
