How to acess MDM Web Application

1. If you are already working with  Ataccama ONE web app, you already have the URL to access it, to access MDM web app, just put MDM. before your ONE URL. For example, it could look like https://mdm.<something>.test.ataccama.online
2. Yes, you would need specific permissions to view and manage the records
3. There should not be major difference for the web app specifically
4. Please contact the person or team responsible for MDM permissions

I am currently using the shared sandbox environment with the following URL:

https://one-ztgt5.worker-01-apse2.prod.ataccama.link/

Could you please confirm whether I can access the MDM module using this URL with a specific user account? Or do I need access to a privately-owned sandbox environment to use the MDM module?

Thank you for providing the details.
You do not need a private sandbox environment. Please, consult the person responsible for the set up of Ataccama environments which one could be used to test certain scenarios. I can see that the link you have shared is a production environment, maybe your organization also has development/ test environment?
