I have about 200+ rules in my rule library that i built over a period of last 2 years.

Some of them I used Lookups. Later on I stopped using the rules in my moniotring projects, but the rules are still left in rule library. I want to disable the rebuildingo of lookups.

How do i find out which of my rules are using the Lookups? How to find them?

Hello @Prasad Rani, I have attached a ONE Desktop plan that you can use for this 😀

This plan was created for version 14.5 and only the following needs to be amended for this to work for you:

  • There are 3 metadata reader steps that need to be amended to your server (2 at the top and one towards the bottom)
  • The CSV file output step also needs to be amended to your own folder output location

The output file exports a list of all the lookup items you have, showing which rules are linked to the lookups. If you want to see what lookups are not used in a rule, filter the “Rule_name” column by blanks. You can also use the “Lookup_rebuildStrategy” column to see which lookups are scheduled to rebuild on a regular basis.

Happy to help if you have any questions about this! 😊
