You can connect to most databases in ONE desktop, provided you have their JDBC driver. As for neo4j database specifically, please go to the official website of neo4j and look for "Neo4j JDBC Driver". There should a link to download the driver. Otherwise, you can check public repositories for jdbc driver of this database.
