Please advise if there is an easy way to capture how much volume of data in total we have to report up to our CIO?
I was thinking creating a plan but that will execute forever. Any ideas?

Hi Catherine,
As far as I know only the number of records is registered for a catalog item, not the volume. But should a dba not simply be able to provide you with such details?

Yes, you are correct that volume is being provide by our dba team. I was exploring if there an easier way to capture the grand total of records without reading through all of our >65K catalog items. I created a plan to do so by it takes a while to execute.
