Rule Metrics in Data Stories

thank you for your question. The data stories can consume data only from several data sources (Postgres, Snowflake, ONE Data). If I understand your question correctly, you would first need to export the rules (which is metadata in the platform, not the actual data), including the Rule Definition Source, into some table (from the supported sources), import it into Catalog and then use it in the Data stories. Then it is possible to visualize this.

Hi ​@anna.spakova  thanks for getting back to me. We need to automate the rule metrics. For Example - 150 rules per Vendor Domain. Please help us how to do it?

if you need more help with this, I recommend reaching out to your Customer Success manager and discuss the options you have. I don’t know the deployment type, if you have a storage available for the results, level of knowledge etc. to be able to advice further. If you still intend to use Data stories, then it is quite a specific request and I don’t have it documented. I can help with providing an example plan to export the metadata from the platform for the rules, but that is only the first part of it.
