@mp_ataccamauser we don’t support MS workflows yet, but our product team is looking into it. For the time being there’s no way to set up a new integration with MS teams.
Do you want these alerts to trigger some next steps for issue resolution or are they intended as FYIs? Have you considered email notifications or integrating with an issue tracking system like Jira or ServiceNow? Thanks for sharing!

The first one goes over the solution architecture and the technical components of the platform that you can make use of.
The second one focuses on the Jira APIs.
We don’t seem to have any specific examples with ServiceNow but it would follow the same principles.
