How to get the same filters under rule section to sub section DQ and detection rules page as well?

this is currently not possible, not without some major metadata model reconfigurations. The filters are created as part of an Open Search configuration (under Global settings → configuration) and work currently only for the top-level entity rule (the same applies for e.g. terms).

If there are some frequent filters, that you would use for the subsections, you can create “shortcuts” in the navigation using AQL:
