Thanks for reaching out! From my udnerstanding we are looking to create a catalog item that will be created from your xml document. This is possible however not from the front end. We will need to create a virtual catalog item within ONE Desktop and use the “XML Parser” step to read in the file and transform it into a table format. Please see the link attached on how to create the virtual catalog item!

I would like to note that virtual catalog items have the ability of being re-imported so if at any time the xml changes, we can have the virtual catalog item update respectavly.
