Is it possible to create a connection in the Ataccama One IDE to a FTP server because when I am trying to create a connection the following error is showing-

thank you for your question. Yes, it is supported by the Ataccama ONE Desktop, see documentation: https://docs.ataccama.com/one-desktop/latest/servers/connect-to-a-server.html#generic
In case your connection is throwing an error like in your case, it might require some debugging of the issue. Usually, it is caused by some firewall/networking settings on your laptop - can you verify you can connect to the SFTP server using a different tool, e.g. Putty?
You can try to find more logs in the IDE log file stored inside workspace → .metadata → .log
