Erro while opening Ataccama desktop

I am using Ataccama 14.5.3, everytime I open it, I get an error - The One-desktop executable launcher was unable to locate it's companion shared library. What could be the reason for this?

Hi ​@Ayush kumar please make sure you’ve unzipped the ONE Desktop package into a folder where you have admin rights. If you’re continuing to get the error, please open a support ticket to troubleshoot: https://atajira.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
