+1The email notifications starts with “Dear Collegue”… and i was wondering - is there a mail merge kind of thing - that can be done to replace the generic addressing with speicific name of the individual it is being emailed to? And - if it is a role - may be we need to get into role membership to expand into names.
Has anyone done that?
+4Individual names are not available as variables in the template as far as I have seen. I think it's a nice idea though! Makes it much more personalised and not spam like.
