We turned on the email notifications in order to get the Monitoring Project emails. But now all the users are getting emails each time a Term is created / sent for approval / and approved. How can I throttle the email notifications to allow the monitoring projects but not Term approvals ?

I believe the module is mmm backed, but let me confirm with engineering as I don’t see it mentioned in the documentation.
Otherwise there is currently no other solution. From v14.3 the approval workflow was replaced by Review worfkflow where the email notifications were replaced by Tasks.
