Export list of Items to CSV

Hi

We are interested to export metadata information into excel or CSV using “Export list of Items” option (see attached image).

However, this is disabled in some screens.

While there are ways to use desktop components to read metadata and export to CSV, this process is highly cumbersome and still doesn’t solve the purpose.

Are there anyother alternatives?

@Venkata Ramani  Check the permissions as sometimes this is the reasoning why some options are not available.

Hi @Venkata Ramani! Currently, exports are available for glossary terms, rules, application layouts, and search configuration entities. You can export Catalog Items and Monitoring Projects by configuring a plan using ONE Desktop or an Export Plan in the ONE Web App. More information about Exports can be found here. Hope this helps!
