Hello @Catherine, I am not sure what you mean by “in a report” but regarding the extraction of CIs and terms, I answered similar question here:

Hope this helps. You need to get the CI term instances and match those to the terms. Our component to get terms is a little more elaborate, but getting terms might be enough.

Like Anna explained you may need to get the suggested, linked, etc. terminstances, depending on your needs.
