Can't see Create Ticket option

Dear colleagues,
It seem there has been a revamp of the home page of support website. But it seems, since the renovation I am not being able to see the Create ticket option even after logging in.


Please see screenshot.
Can I kindly get help to see the proper link? thanks

Dear Anatoly, Jayant,

Download media section will appear shortly. As for the “Create ticket” section, this is a permission issue, we are sorry for any inconvenience! We are currently working on a resolution. After that, this button should be displayed next to your username.
In a meanwhile, using https://support.ataccama.com/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 is a valid workaround. Also feel free to contact us at support@ataccama.com

Thanks for the response. In addition to the create ticket option, we are unable to see the entire documentation. We see only DQA.

Both issues reported as fixed by now. “Create a ticket” button is now present and you should be able to access all documentation too. Please try. If the issue will persist, please try to clear your browser cookies and cache. Let us know if you were able to do so. Thanks,
