Dear Ataccama Customer,
On December 14, 2022, at 9 AM CET, 3 AM ET, we will migrate our support Service Desk to the Atlassian Cloud. The migration will be seamless, with no scheduled downtime or interruption to our support services. You can access all your existing support tickets using the previously provided links as they will automatically redirect you to the new Service Desk once the migration is complete.
However, please note that you will need to create a new Atlassian account before you log in to the new Service Desk for the first time. This is required given that, according to the common security best practices, we do not store any passwords unencrypted and will not transfer your login credentials to the new instance.
Keep in mind that your other account information will be preserved: your new Atlassian account will include all your earlier communication with the Support team as well as all your open and closed tickets.
To create a new account, choose Sign up when accessing the Service Desk for the first time. Once you complete the procedure, you can log in as usual.
