I wanted to ask if DQ Analyzer supports XML files. That is, can DQ Analyzer profile XML files and how do I go about it? Thanks

thanks for the question.
We are sorry, but DQ Analyzer 7 can read data only in a form of tables from database, CSV files or Excel files.
Ataccama Data Quality Center has the possibility to read data directly from XML files, but to profile xml within DQ Analyzer you'll have to deserialize it to table form.
We are actually aware of data stored within XML and the need to quickly profile them, so it might be the case we introduce some kind of Metadata editor, guesser or XSD schema importer in next versions.
