New Community Area for Sharing: BR, Masks, RegExp

I would suggest a Community area where users of DQ Analyzer could find ready to run regular expressions, masks, businss rules for common data elements such as Canadian, US, zipcodes, telephone number, State, Province, Country, etc., instead of reinventing the wheel all the time. A simple data file (csv) along with a plan file containing examples could be updated to include all kind of data elements encountered in real life. People could also submit suggestions and or examples so everybody could benefit from each other's experiences.
