Does DQ Analyzer use 64 bit Operating System?
I have a 64 bit Windows 7 machine. Do I need to do anything for DQ Analyzer to take advantage of the 64 bit OS? In task manager I see that the processes running are javaw.exe *32 and dqa.exe *32 so I am assuming it is using 32 bit. Thanks, Steve

you are right, DQ Analyzer is a 32-bit application.
Even though it is possible to start profiling job using 64-bit Java and make it that way 64-bit job, we do not advice it. We have tried several benchmarks of using both JRE 32 and 64-bit and running profilling on 64-bit isn't faster, it can be even slower.
On the other hand for complex plans created in Data Quality Center you may need 64-bit Java, but it won't be the case of any profiling plan created in DQ Analyzer.
