DB connection picker

Edit Subject

Allowing selection of data source directly from drop down menu would be more user friendly. Example: While selecting ODBC connection there could be an item list showing all predefined ODBC data connections (both machine and user). Other tools have it - see Power Designer e.g.

Hello Roman,
thanks for this idea. It would be really helpful for users using connections through ODBC. For quicker data access I would reccommend to use jdbc connection directly, if possible.
